Does it book shipments or replace a TMS?

No. It does not book, tender, dispatch, track, invoice, or replace transportation-management software.

Who receives each request?

Only the freight company named on the funnel receives that customer-funnel request. FreightTotals does not resell it as a shared lead.

Which websites support the embed?

The responsive iframe can be pasted into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, GoHighLevel, and custom HTML sites that allow iframe embeds. These are compatibility options, not native integrations.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. A company can configure one calculator, publish a share link, approve one website domain, and test the complete request workflow without a card.

How is shipment information protected?

Sensitive quote-request data is validated, encrypted at rest, access-controlled by organization, and excluded from portfolio reporting and third-party marketing analytics.

What happens after cancellation?

Paid settings and leads remain available read-only. After the grace period, the embed falls back to the equivalent free calculator and disables company-specific quote capture until billing is restored.
